How do I use the online voucher?

You just need to fill in the voucher code in the ‘coupon’ section in the shopping cart. Please note that each voucher can only use for one transaction.

Voucher Terms & Conditions:

Voucher code expiration date will be stated on the email that was sent.
Voucher generated may be redeemed one time only.
Only one voucher can be used for each order.
Voucher not applicable on sale items.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item or defect item?

14 days (Pictures of defect or incorrect item will be required.)

Can I exchange my online purchased items at My Bokitta offline store?

All online purchased items are not allowed to exchange at My Bokitta offline store.
